In answer to the lag problem, try making the audio "streaming".
To do this, click a frame with audio.
Look in the properties panel at the bottom.
Change "sync" to "Stream".
This lowers the quality, but makes sure the animation is always in-sync with the audio.

Looks like a good idea.
There's a couple of things you should change for the real thing, though.
I don't think you're streaming the audio.
This makes it hard to keep things in sync (lip-sync, music loops) etc.

Also, sorry to complain, but the credits should roll from bottom to top ;)

I do hope you understand this isn't me just griping, but I really want you to do well.
